Hi Ric, It looks like it is according to the latest update on the  22nd April, 'Application withdrawn' no reason given, but checking through yesterday, came up on a meeting in Devizes in January about the application, after all 'interested' parties had to withdraw ;)  including members of NT, this seems to have been the decision...
   
  THAT the application be determined as detailed below:

AVEBURY – Bonds Garage, Swindon Road, Avebury – full planning permission for the demolition of existing garage and the erection of five three-bedroom dwellings. 

DEFERRED to the Planning Services Manager to grant permission subject to prior completion of a legal agreement for payment of a contribution towards off site affordable housing provision.
