well, that's the one - new housing 200 yards from the
henge, harms the historic landscape: this is simply
true - this planning application violates Policy HH3,
in spirit and practice

for all we know, there may be the remains of
processional avenues leading to Avebury from the
north, right in line with this development site - they
simply cannot build here, 'brownfield' or whatever -
it violates HH3
