He's already answered that.
Judicial review on a point of law that the the set process had not been
followed. Expensive, but could presumably be done by someone eligible
for legal aid assuming they can find an interested legal aid lawyer and
get an application for legal aid granted, which is not easy these days.
Or "persuade central government to call the decision in even at this
late stage, but it would have to be on the basis that national, regional
and local planning policies were not followed."
