Probably, though I doubt if anything can now be done by him or anyone else to reverse the error. As Nigel has pointed out above, generation now after generation will be aware that what lies at the heart of Silbury are thousands of plastic bags, corroding steelwork and god knows what other tat left there by the greed and bungling incompetence of those who should have known better.
