Over 3 years since signing the book contract, and it's odd to have it 
completing its first major step...

October 2008.

Prehistoric trackways, Roman roads, pilgrimage roads, drove roads, the 
Great Irish Road, up to and including Turnpikes and Thomas Telford.

This is the book from 1984 "Roads and Trackways of Wales" which has a 
piece of North Wales in its content, starts with the Romans, and formed 
the basis of the publisher asking me to do this NORTH Wales book...

My book should fill a big hole on an overview of North Wales' roads and 
trackways.

You might also be familiar with Peakland Roads & Trackways by Dodd & 
Dodd also by Landmark, a similar volume.
