Actually I can't get to the documentation anyway but more houses sound dire, even on the small plot that is the Garage, but also because of the mobile homes field next to the Bond Street development. Does a mobile home site translate into a 'brown field' plot which can then be used for 'development' I wonder? Perhaps the recent downturn in the house market has altered something....
