[Stones] Online Maps & Grid Refs

It's been sometime since I used a website to input grid refs, and it 
seems that there have been changes affecting the display of grid refs

I've been using long refs like
**SJ3688245834
as well as rounding them to 8 and 6 digits, but the results have been 
frustrating.

I used to use multimap but I can't get it to take grid refs

Google Maps doesn't figure with grid refs either

which leave StreetMap which I've always found a bit like using a 
paleolithic hand axe when you could have a sleek sexy socketed neolithic 
axe instead.

What are folk using for their online mapping needs?
