i don't think the good Prof Richard Atkinson is still
around: if he were, he should have been made
personally responsible for making good the harm that
his tunnelling exploits helped to cause

if EH get it wrong, on the other hand, i suggest we
give them a bucket and spade and set them to work
filling all the open mine shafts in Cornwall?

well done - at last a decent back-fill and
