Err, 3 people "probably" killed by arrows out of 14, does not sound 
like a massacre to us. Even if these 3 folk did meet their ends 
violently is it surprising they would be interred in the same monument 
as other dead members of their "clan"?

CS cairns are funerary monuments, you EXPECT to find the remains 
of folk there, whether they died in their sleep or were killed by arrows.

The narrow time frame, now that IS interesting.
