Hi Gerald,

i find it nothing short of astonishing that the 'stone
circle culture' stretches from one end of the British
Isles to the other: can you imagine the lengths of
time, moving from one part of this area to another
must have taken, in order to spread the ideas and
concepts which gave rise to stone circles?

yep, it must have been, to a great extent, sea and
river borne communication?
