I went "broadband" 2 years ago - it took 3 months, 3 modems, umptynine
phone calls, several visits from BT, and considerable help from a
relative in the business. As a result, I thought "I now know how to do
this..................". So I volunteered to help my sister. 6 months
down the line, she has broadband, and a superb internet service but no
b....y email - not even webmail! Not downhearted, last Monday I went to
a friend's house to install her broadband. Guess what - within 5 hours
(yes 5) she had broadband internet access AND NO B....Y EMAIL! Why is
everything so difficult.
