Sorry, as a conservator, I don't buy that, I know how much damage a single crumb on a sheet of paper can do. Not at risk from generating in the public a perception that it's alright to use ancient monuments for publicity stunts? Sorry, I don't buy that either, whether it's Fathers for Justice a Stonehenge, Sony at Manchester Cathedral or ITV at the Longman.

Think it was Nigel above who said this is about respect. It certainly is, it's about respect for the site from a conservation point of view, and it's about respect for the site from a 'religious' point of view. Think Ularu* here and you'll see what I'm getting at.
