you're just the messenger, eh? Good plan; no need to take responsibility for
anything then. No need to to do a bit of digging to find out that your link
to Cursuswalker's post below is an angry, sexist, simplistic rant. No need
to find out that the Long Man was discovered as a vague indentation or
shadow on the ground in 1710, so any chalk outline is relatively recent. No
need to read about the figure being painted green during the war to make it
less visible to the Luftwaffe (with no permanent damage).
And no need to mention that archeological work by Reading university has
dated the figure to the sixteenth or seventeenth century.
You've got a couple of alternatives here Littlestone; take a minute to think
about what you're doing. Or lighten up and have a laugh.
