"Carreg y Big"...

More likely this means "stone shaped like a beak" (or spout - as on a jug)
from "pig" the Welsh word for the aforementioned words, which mutates (don't
ask!) to "big" under a variety of grammatical circumstances.

Carreg y Fawr would be "the big stone".
