[Stones] Moderator / Stones List ~ ethos: some advice please?

Sorry ric, but anyone coming onto this List with a request on how to, 'acquire chemicals to create a hole in very hard granite as quickly as possible without any sound' is asking for shrift of the very shortest kind. Given the current state of political and religious tension in Britain and elsewhere, plus the ongoing destruction of places like Tara and Thornborough, most of us here are unlikely to treat kindly anyone with a request to blow up stones in as quiet a way as possible! Nani would have done well to have explained to the List why he/she needed such chemicals in the first place; I note that so far he/she has not done so and until that happens I really do not think the topic is worthy of further discussion.
