Yes - quite right - but that's a message people have been trying to get 
over to EH in particular for some time in my case via ASLaN and two 
public inquiries. I do not see how recent proposals for the Stonehenge 
WHS can be regarded by EH or the Highways Agency as demonstrating 
appropriate respect for the wider setting of Stonehenge itself. They 
only seem to notice those big stones huddled together in the middle of 
an amazing ritual landscape. Sounds  a bit like Thornborough...
