I go for that. When you stand on the flat top of Silbaby and look back  
towards the bank its clear that there is an embankment impinging upon maybe one  
sixth of it only, and not at all upon its upper portions. Judging by the current 
 standards of the Irish roads authority they were reasonably respectful 
towards  it.
