Presumably, once dumped into a heap, everything sort-of-settled into
another-sort-of-heap.

If the entry to the HEAP had been made before written records you lot would
be whining about the disturbence.

Me, I Want to KNOW what that treasure is that E.H. IS SEEKING.

Given that the Leys pass AWAY from the site at 60DEG ANGLES, WHENCE cometh
the Saxons?

I assume the photos were taken before any subsidence started.
Presumably they are now taking stock and trying to decide the best
course of action to prevent more trouble, which might also be the reason
for no visible action.
