[Stones] Western Saharan Megaliths

just been looking at some - smaller yet surprisingly similar to - Avebury, stone circles (photos) from the Saharan desert. these circles have dual avenues of stones in the Tanezzuft Valley region, and were constructed at some time between c. 5000-3500 BP and c. 500 BCE – CE 500 
   
  the Sahara had been less arid at this time - it has since dried out more or less completely.
