The same plot was used again in 1972 for "The Incredible Robert
Baldick", alien (or future) gizmos found under prehistoric remains
causing spooky goings on.

The title role was played by Robert Hardy and it was written by Terry
(Dalek) Nation, unfortunately the Beeb pulled the plug after the pilot
episode. It was basically the X Files set in victorian England, he was
a paranormal investigator and had his own steam train called "The
Tsar" complete with labs, lackys, and very plush accomodation.

Hands up all those that remember this one!
