No, none of the Stonehenge lintels are pierced straight through (as far as I know). I guess the person who drew the Stonehenge sketch in the Scala Mundi manuscript was using a degree of 'artistic licence'. M'be when he was there on that day some 600 years ago it was like today, cold, wet and misty, and he couldn't be arsed going up a trilithon to check out the architectural validity of his imagination ;-)
