[Stones] Stone walkround video clip

If my feeble memory is correct, I remember 3 standing stones arranged around a central mound at this site. It looked over-reconstructed - with concrete paths linking the stones and I think a concrete wall around the mound. It is in a suburban area and there was a lot of graffiti. Not the most inspiring place. Does anyone know the history of this site, i.e. before the reconstruction was there a mound with stones around it or is this a bit of invention?

Cheers

G
