As Linda has been on the 'Palaeolithic Diet' for the last few months,  
I've often felt that this might be a useful technique to learn!

Oh, and while I'm here - this coming Saturday is my Dad's driving  
day, which means it is also the Avebury meet up? Don't forget - I  
wanna see photos! (preferably posted to Flickr or some such place  
rather than posted here of course!)
